fantastic czech animation gives me a snail trail

watch this. its by Bretislav Pojar, an old czech animator who is now one of my biggest influences in all things artistic. i'm making some puppets and every time i look at them i just wonder why i bother, when things this wonderful already exist in the world.

(i know its five minutes but just stay with it, cause the build up is totally worth the climax)

Last night we saw Monotonix at Sneaky Dee's.

Pretty fun.

The drum kit ended up on Beckys chest and he kept playing. She's such a trooper.

They ended their set by parading everyone out on the street. I was pretty happy about this because I figured their set dynamics wouldn't have changed that much from when I saw them a month ago, so this was a nice surprise.
